These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.  The modified terms and conditions will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the website.

Payment

We do not offer any credit terms. All prints must be paid for before we process an order. We offer a range of payment options. All cheque payments and postal order payments must be payable to B CUTLER. Cheque payments need to be cleared before the order is processed.  We accept all major credit cards through our payment provider PAYPAL or via an existing PAYPAL account.

Cancellation

Once an order has been paid for we will start production.

Returns

We will not accept without prior agreement at the above email addresses or by telephone on the above number.  This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We will only accept returns due to damaged canvases and/or gifts logged at receipt and informed to the carriers.  All returns must be in their original packaging and sent by recorded delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Brandon Cutler Photography.  Before any order is returned contact must be made for a return delivery address.  

Delivery

Delivery costs are fixed at £9.99.  Delivery is usually 7-10 days.  This does not include offshore destinations. For offshore destinations please contact by email for a price.  Delivery will be provided for by specialist couriers who will require someone being present to sign and collect the order.  Brandon Cutler Photography cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by delivery date not being met.  You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery.  It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged for by the courier firm at the point of delivery.  Please see return terms and conditions above.

Images

Whilst we try our very best to fit your photo on specified canvas sizes or gift sizes,  we will often have to crop the original photo.  We will do this with the utmost sensitivity to retain the original image but we will not be held responsible for cropping out any part of the image.

Whilst we try our very best to colour match ever photo, we cannot be held responsible for exact colour matching requirements.  If there are any specific parts of the photo you would like to keep on the front of the canvas or gift please contact us in advance.  We use the finest artists canvas for all of the canvas prints we produce.  Our museum quality artist stretcher bars are made of the finest quality kiln dried fir wood, which has the advantage of being very light, yet extremely hard wearing and not susceptible lo warping like standard pine or other soft woods are prone to do.  Each bar features a rounded back edge which is designed to ensure that the canvas is always kept a full 1/2" (13mm) above the stretcher bar to ensure that there can be no ghost impressions on the canvas.  These stretch bars also incorporate 'wedges' which are placed in each corner and allow the canvas to be stretched extremely tightly over the frame, it also allows the canvas to be restretched over time, which can be of particular importance for the larger sizes we offer.  We supply 1.1/2" (38mm) and 3/4" (19mm) bars to use on all our stretched canvas prints. 

Quality Guarantee

The supplier we use for our canvases only use the finest possible canvas, ink and stretcher bars.  And because we do not make any comprises, we can offer you a lifetime guarantee on all our products.

The printing process we utilise is a technologically advance 12 colour HP vivera pigment based system.  This has a guaranteed colour fastness (according to HP data) of 200 years.  The 12 colour process results in a truly amazing colour reproduction and fabulous, neutral and true black and white prints.

Copyright

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any image they present for transformation onto a canvas print or other gitft is copyright free, or that the copyright is owned by the customer themselves or they have the permission from the copyright owner.  We cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright caused through printing of an image supplied by a customer. We reserve the right to refuse to print any image which the customer does not own the copyright of, or is offensive or indecent in any way.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law.  In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.

Privacy Policy

Whilst we need to take certain personal details such as contact and delivery address, billing information, transaction and credit card information we will never pass this information to any third party.  All personal information will be kept in a secure environment and will not be accessible via the internet.  We do however use photos of your canvases/gifts for promotion purposes only.  If you would not like your artwork displayed please contact us in writing.
